Fantasy Dashboard (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a fantasy football analytics and league insights tool operated by Wildium LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our web application (the “Service”).
Fantasy Dashboard is a free service. We do not charge for access, process payments, or sell user data.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, your name (optional), and league identifiers and fantasy platform connection details.
Fantasy Football Data
To provide league insights, we collect league configuration (scoring settings, roster settings), team and roster data, player statistics and historical performance, and matchup results and league standings.
Usage Data
We automatically collect log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and basic analytics to understand feature usage.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide league insights, analytics, and historical data
- To generate leaderboards, record books, and comparison tools
- To improve the Service based on usage patterns
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your data to third parties, use your data for advertising, or share your league data with other users or external parties.
Third-Party Services
- ESPN / fantasy platform APIs — used to retrieve league data you authorize us to access
Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare for content delivery and DDoS protection. Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted (TLS 1.3); Cloudflare does not have access to your league or account data.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, at which point your personal data and league data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), secure API authentication, and regular security updates.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, request deletion of your account and all associated data, and update or correct your account information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@fantasydashboard.net.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA. Fantasy Dashboard does not sell personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
